Christmas in July Baking Workshop

About

Guests are invited to arrive hungry, leave inspired, and feel confident cooking smarter, not slower. The workshop features the preparation of a delicious menu including Turkey en Croute stuffed with brie and cranberries, Duchess potatoes, maple and Dijon roasted carrots, and a decadent pecan pumpkin pie.
Participants will also create preserved Christmas puddings in jars to take home, along with a traditional eggnog infused with a hint of nutmeg, rich, festive, and full of flavour.
