Come along and learn to bake with Cindy.
There will be a class to learn how to make gingerbread, a delicious Christmas treat.
You will also learn how to bake Florentines.
Fleur de sel caramels are another favourite to make. They are similar to Werther’s originals.
Make a Christmas pudding in a jar using a preserving method. This pudding will keep for months and is scrumptious and rustic to eat it from the jar. Then you need to make proper brandy custard to go with it.
Lastly learn how to make individual cobb loaves.


Entry Fees

up to $

$165 per person. Coffee/tea on arrival. Please arrive 10 minutes early. All equipment and ingredients supplied. An apron will be provided for the day. Recipes will be emailed to participants.
