The Coonawarra Classic Clash Petanque Tournament returns to Australia’s most renowned wine region in 2026.
Held at “the Piste’ in the Coonawarra Park, the sounds of clashing steel balls, screams of delight and the clink of wine glasses will echo around the Coonawarra Township.
Open triples are invited to register to play 6 qualifying rounds on Saturday, to determine teams for Principale and Complementaire finals and Convivale competition. Join over 45 teams to play and taste some of Australia’s best wines over the two days of competition. The tournament is open to all standards of petanque players and spectators are welcome to cheer on the sides.
Entry Fees
$30 cash per person payable on the day or $90 cash for a team of 3.
