The Rivoli Bay Jetties Junior Fishing Competition is a fun, family‑friendly community event held at the stunning Rivoli Bay Jetties near Beachport, South Australia. Designed especially for young anglers, the competition invites children to enjoy recreational fishing in a safe, supportive coastal environment from the Beachport and Southend Jetties.

The event kicks off with a hands-on fishing workshop, followed by registrations at the Beachport Recreation Centre or afterwards at the Beachport Visitor Information Centre.

Each registered participant will receive a free fishing kit, including a rod and reel combo, tackle box, whiting rig and measuring stick — or alternatively, an AUD30 voucher to spend locally.

Age Groups include:
The Wobbegongs: 6 years and under
The Tigers: 7–11 years
The Great Whites: 12–17 years

Presentations will be held at the conclusion of the competition on 23 April at the Beachport Bowling Club, everyone has a chance to win!
