15 minutes drive from Mount Gambier and built on the edge of the famous and beautiful Kilsby Sinkhole, our luxury Villa style accommodation is nestled in the middle of a working sheep farm.

Fully contained Villas designed for long or short term stays , fully equipped kitchen spaciuos lounge and modern bathroom. Each Villa has two bedrooms catering from four to six guests. They have a common undercover BBQ and firepit area, fitted with a large TV screen for gatherings.

Built to accommodate not only divers or snorkellers, but anyone who would like to experience the tranquillity and beauty of the farming countryside.
Not only is it half way from Adelaide and Melbourne and only an hour flight from either it is perfectly situated to add to your Great Ocean Road drive .

A wonderful way to hold a special event with the capability of sleeping up to a maximum of 20 people, with the BBQ area as a focal point.

Catering for travelling groups also, their Flexi Villa 1 and 2 share a front patio and are joined by a common slide door and has the ability to accommodate up to 10 people if booked in conjunction of each other.
