Naracoorte Regional Art Gallery

About

The Naracoorte Art Gallery is the oldest Regional Gallery in South Australia and houses a permanent Collection of Australian Art including etchings by John Goodchild, Australian Contemporary works on paper, Indigenous prints, paintings and ceramics.

There is always something new to see or try, spark the imagination, or provide an outlet for the artistically minded. The Naracoorte Regional Art Gallery is a community where like minded people can come together to learn, or be inspired or just to behold.

The Gallery provides quality exhibitions featuring local and non local artists, a retail shop with hand made items in all types of mediums, regular art workshops, and venue hire. The exhibition programme includes an annual Ibis Art Competition, a yearly SALA (SA Living Artists) exhibition, regular children and adult art workshops, and high quality travelling exhibitions from CASA (Country Arts South Australia).

Catering for all walks of life, ages and artistic ability, the gallery continues to enrich the lives of those involved on a daily basis and those who visit on occasion.
