Led by a dedicated Head Chef and kitchen team, the menu is regularly updated to showcase the best of the Limestone Coast, with ingredients sourced directly from trusted local producers following hands-on tours across the South East. From classic pub favourites to more refined dishes, the offering caters to a wide range of tastes, with daily specials and options available for various dietary requirements.

A standout feature is the Southern Rock Lobster (crayfish) offering – a true local delicacy and a must-try for visitors to the region. Available from October through to the end of May, crayfish are handpicked to order, with limited availability. Guests are encouraged to contact the hotel ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Open seven days for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant suits everything from a relaxed start to the day through to long lunches and evening dining.
