Winner of the 2025 SA R&CA Hostplus Award for Excellence – Contemporary Australian Restaurant (Informal), The Avenue Restaurant is a family-run dinner destination in the heart of Naracoorte.

Open Wednesday to Saturday evenings, the restaurant serves a seasonal modern Australian menu built around locally sourced produce from across the Limestone Coast and South Australia. Boutique wines from Coonawarra, Wrattonbully and Padthaway sit alongside well-loved regional favourites, and specialty coffee comes from Dukes of Melbourne – one of the country’s most respected roasters.

Run by owners Cameron and Alexandra, it’s the kind of place that earns a loyal following – relaxed without being ordinary, and consistently good enough to bring people back. A three-time Australian Good Food Guide Regional Winner.

Dinner bookings essential. Wednesday to Saturday, 5:30pm.

The restaurant is also available for private hire during the day – suited to meetings, workshops, and functions for up to 40 guests. Dry hire with catering available on request. Enquire for availability.
