About

The Post and Rail is a Cooking, Gardening, and Art school, as well as a Retail Nursery and Cafe, located in Penola in a heritage-listed building and property adjacent to Petticoat Lane and Mary MacKillop Church in the heart of Penola.

Owned and run by the enthusiastic wearer of many hats, Cindy Bunt, The Post and Rail, now, in its new location, is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am – 4pm.

Classes can be booked online on the website, and the Foodie or Plant lover can visit during the above hours to enjoy freshly baked scones and Devonshire tea, seasonal food, great coffee, taste and purchase preserves made onsite and peruse the retail plant nursery.
