The Post and Rail is a cooking, gardening, and art school located in Compton, South Australia. They’ve also opened a retail nursery open Thursday -Sunday 10am -2pm.

The Post and Rail is situated in a rural setting on five picturesque acres and encompasses a productive Potager Garden and Modern Kitchen. The classes are seasonal and vary from the kitchen/garden experience to preserving sourdough bread, fresh pasta, propagation, baking and pastries, risotto and arancini, painting for beginners, and so much more.
